Ook grote ondernemingen gaan over naar XBRL
In navolging van micro, kleine, middelgrote en beursgenoteerde ondernemingen gaan ook zo'n achtduizend grote ondernemingen over op het digitaal deponeren van hun jaarverslag, in de vorm van eXtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL). De verplichting gaat in voor boekjaren die starten op of na 1 januari 2025. "Zorg dat je er begin 2026 klaar voor bent."

Bedrijfsleven gaat door met voorbereiden op CSRD
Nederlandse bedrijven gaan, ondanks de omnibusplannen vanuit Europa, door met hun voorbereiding op invoering van de Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). Tegelijk voldoen veel ondernemingen nog niet aan de duurzaamheidsrichtlijn.

Simplification: Council agrees position on the 'Stop-the-clock' mechanism to enhance EU competitiveness and provide legal certainty to businesses
Member states' representatives (Coreper) approved today the Council's position ('negotiating mandate') on one of the Commission's proposals to simplify EU rules and thus boost EU competitiveness. This proposal (the so-called 'Stop-the-clock' directive) postpones the dates of application of certain corporate sustainability reporting and due diligence requirements, as well as the transposition deadline of the due diligence provisions.

As part of the International Sustainability Standard Board's (ISSB) commitment to supporting jurisdictions advance their approaches towards the adoption or other use of ISSB Standards, the IFRS Foundation has today launched one key pillar of its Regulatory Implementation Programme—the Jurisdictional Roadmap Development Tool (Roadmap Tool).
