Update externe verslaggeving - Week 23

Een wekelijks overzicht van de laatste ontwikkelingen rond externe verslaggeving (voorheen IFRS update).

RJ-Uiting 2024-13: Voorstellen tot aanpassing van Richtlijnen naar aanleiding van ontvangen commentaren op RJ-bundel en RJk-bundel (jaareditie 2024)
Op de in september  2023 uitgebrachte RJ-bundel en RJk-bundel (jaareditie 2024) zijn commentaren ontvangen. Na bespreking van deze ontvangen commentaren stelt de RJ voor enige inhoudelijke en redactionele wijzigingen aan te brengen in diverse hoofdstukken van de Richtlijnen voor de jaarverslaggeving.

IASB issues narrow-scope amendments to classification and measurement requirements for financial instruments
The International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) today issued amendments to the classification and measurement requirements in IFRS 9 Financial Instruments. The amendments will address diversity in accounting practice by making the requirements more understandable and consistent.

EFRAG publiceert definitieve documenten Implementation Guidance (IG 1-3)
EFRAG heeft op 31 mei 2024 de eerste definitieve implementation guidance bij de European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) gepubliceerd. Het gaat om EFRAG IG 1 Materiality Assessment, EFRAG IG 2 Value Chain en EFRAG IG 3 List of ESRS Datapoints.

EFRAG Releases New ESRS Q and A Technical Explanations
Today, EFRAG announces the release of 44 new Explanations and of the Compilation of Technical Explanations produced so far, which comprises multiple batches of explanations that were already published in February and March 2024, to assist stakeholders in the implementation of the ESRS via the EFRAG ESRS Q&A Platform.
