Accountancy meest winstgevende sector VS
De cluster accountancy, belastingadvies, boekhouden en payroll services vormt samen de meest winstgevende particuliere sector in de Verenigde Staten.
Dat blijkt uit een analyse van Sageworks, een leverancier van financiële informatie over niet-beursgenoteerde bedrijven, over de periode van juli 2013 tot en met juni 2014.
De genoemde 'accounting'-dienstverleners realiseren, voor belastingen, samen een winstmarge van 19,8 procent. De nummer twee, juridische dienstverlening, heeft een winstmarge van 17,8 procent, gevolgd door de olie- en gaswinning met 16,4 procent.
Opvallend in de top tien zijn verder de religieuze organisaties met 13 procent en ook tandartsen boeren goed, met een winstmarge van 14,9 procent. Daarnaast is de uitvaartsector, nummer tien op de lijst, relatief winstgevend met een marge van 10,7 procent.
De vastgoedsector is in verschillende varianten in de top tien vertegenwoordigd.
